Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase or has your order arrived damaged? Then you can of course return the product for free by delivering it to your Hofman Animal Care service point. This is the same service point that you selected with your order. You can of course also return the package directly to us. In this case the shipping costs are for your own account.
For each purchase, a legal withdrawal period of 14 days applies after receiving the product. If you no longer know what your service/sales point has been, send an e-mail with your details to: email@example.com.
We request that you carefully package the return shipment and ensure that unnecessary stickers are removed from the box.
