Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase or has your order arrived damaged? Then you can of course return the product for free by delivering it to your hofmananimalcare service point. This is the same service point that you selected with your order. You can of course also return the package directly to us. In this case the shipping costs are for your own account.
For each purchase, a legal withdrawal period of 14 days applies after receiving the product. If you no longer know what your service/sales point has been, send an e-mail with your details to: info@hofmananimalcare.nl.
We request that you carefully package the return shipment and ensure that unnecessary stickers are removed from the box.

We make returning as simple as possible for you, but there are some conditions for a return shipment.

  • Make sure that the products are in original condition (packaging still intact).
  • Damage/problems with your package? Report this by e-mail within 24 hours to: info@hofmananimalcare.nl.
  • After the legal withdrawal period of 14 days, you must present the shipment within 7 days at a hofmananimalcare sales or service point or the package must be returned to us directly.
  • Note: in addition to the return form in the box, do not forget to send it by e-mail to: info@hofmananimalcare.nl. This way your request will be processed immediately without delay.
  • Products (such as electric fencer batteries) and medicines whose seal have been broken.
  • Seasonal items that have been opened.
  • Opened packages.
  • Within 14 days after receiving your package the amount will be refunded to your account.
