Excellent Energy Drench is a complementary dietetic feed for dairy cows, specially formulated to reduce the risk of ketosis around calving. Its energy-rich formula contains glycerine and 35% propylene glycol, combined with gentian root, yeast concentrate and cobalt to support rumen function and appetite.

Energy Drench is suitable for use during the critical period from three weeks before to six weeks after calving. The product is diluted with lukewarm water and administered using a drench pump.

Directions for use

Shake well before use. Dissolve the entire contents of the bottle (1 kg) in 20 litres of lukewarm water and administer using a drench pump. If required, repeat administration after 24 and 48 hours.

Recommended period of use: From 3 weeks before to 6 weeks after calving.

Feeding advice (EN):

Dissolve the entire contents of the bottle (1 kg) in 20 litres of lukewarm water and administer using a drench pump. If required, repeat after 24 and 48 hours. Note: Shake before use. Applicable during the risk period between 3 weeks before and 6 weeks after calving. It is recommended that the opinion of a nutrition expert or veterinarian be sought before use or before extending the period of use. Protective measures to avoid exposure with cobalt by inhalation or by dermal route should be taken.
