How do I place an order?

What is the delivery time for my order?
View our shipping costs page or dropshipping page for current information on delivery times and costs. Of course, you will receive a Track & Trace code for every order.
Not everything I ordered has been delivered; what now?
Products that are not in stock will, if available, be included with your next order. If you would like to add anything to this or cancel any products, please contact our customer service department.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated according to the most current transport rates and are displayed transparently while creating the dropshipping order. You will see the costs before you place the order.
