What is the dropshipping service of Hofman Animal Care
- With dropshipping, your webshop orders products directly from Hofman Animal Care, and we ship them directly to your customer under your company name.

How does it work?
- You register as a partner/dealer with Hofman Animal Care. Once completed, you can log in to the B2B platform and place orders directly.
- Orders can be placed via the online platform, by phone, or via email.
- When placing a dropshipping order, shipping costs are displayed in advance; everything is transparent.
- Private label products are not possible in combination with dropshipping.
What are the payment options?
- New dealers start with prepayment or a deposit.
- There are no additional subscription fees for dropshipping; this applies to the regular dropshipping orders we support.
How do returns work?
- Returns always go through the reseller; we have no direct contact with the consumer.
- Complaints, defects, or returns must be submitted via your company to us.
- To submit a return or complaint, please complete the form on our website so our team can handle it quickly and correctly.

CSV
- Access to our CSV feed with product information in plain text.
- Opening in Excel provides a clear overview with descriptions, images, labels, categories, prices, etc.
- In most webshops, manual Excel import is required, meaning updates must always be performed manually.
What should I pay attention to when using CSV or API?
- Always carefully check which products may or may not be sold. Columns in the CSV and API indicate, for example, if a product is “URA,” “REG NL,” “Cascade,” “KBA,” etc.
- If a product does not fit within your assortment, do not add it to your webshop.
Do you assist with guides and integration?
- We do not provide a manual on how to process or link the feed. We only provide the necessary product information. Importing or linking is fully handled within your system.
- We have many customers with different webshops and levels of expertise, so there is no standard guideline for what is used or not. Success depends on your webshop’s capabilities and the expertise you or a third party can provide.
Sale of KONG Products
KONG may not be sold without an authorization code.
What is the European Partner Programme by KONG?
- Legally approved selective distribution system for authorized KONG partners, selected based on objective criteria.
- Protects pet specialty businesses by limiting the sale of KONG products to companies that meet the criteria.
- Provides access to the KONG Asset Library with images, videos, product information, and marketing materials.
What are the criteria for applicants?
- Your company must be a pet specialty store with an established reputation and a proven track record in retailing high-quality pet toys and supplies.
How do I request an Authorization Code?
- Submit a request via the European Partner Program.
- If your company meets the selective criteria, you will receive official written approval from KONG.
- You are only authorized to sell KONG products once you have received the unique authorization code.
I have my authorization code, now what?
- Once you have the code, it must be entered into our system.
- This can be done via a completed form or by sending an email to info@hofmananimalcare.nl.
