What is the KONG European Partner Programme?

Legally approved Selective Distribution System (reselling network) of authorised KONG Partners, selected on the basis of objective qualitative criteria. This type of agreement is commonly used in other markets, such as Electronics and Fashion, where high quality standards and/or education are expected.

What is the main criteria for applicants?

Your company must be Pet Specialty, having an established reputation and track record for the retail sale of good quality pet toys and supplies.

How do I get my authorisation code?

After you have applied for authorisation, providing your business meets all the selective criteria, KONG will officially authorise you in writing. Please note, you are not authorised until you have received your unique authorisation code.

I have my code, what next?
